Ozonelink initially emerged as a technology incubator with a focus on homeland security. Following the successful divestiture of an incident management platform startup, the company pivoted towards the development of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions aimed at safeguarding critical infrastructure.

One of its notable innovations, Hatchguard, an intrusion detection system designed for services reservoirs, garnered approval after rigorous testing by the UK Security Services and has since been implemented across UK water infrastructure.  Hatchguard transformed into CNIguard which has developed an ultra-ruggedized sensor system engineered for the monitoring of manholes and undergound vaults. This system has seen widespread deployment, numbering in the thousands, with some of the largest electric utilities in the USA, delivering actionable insight to enhance the safety and reliability of the grid.
